Front Desk Receptionist/ Greeter

Schedule: 5 Days Per Week (Full-Time)

The Role

At Finnicum Motor Company, the Front Desk isn’t just a spot to sit—it’s the heartbeat of our showroom. You are the First Impression and the Lasting Impression for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our dealership.

This is not a passive role. We are looking for a high-energy "Director of First Impressions" who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside our Front Desk team to ensure traffic flows smoothly, customers feel valued, and our Sales management team has the support they need to keep deals moving.

Warning: This is an intense, high-volume environment. If you are looking for a quiet job where you can sit and wait for the phone to ring, this role is not for you. We are looking for a self-starter who finds work before it’s assigned.

Core Responsibilities

• The "First Impression": Warmly greet every customer immediately upon entry. You set the tone for their entire buying experience.
• Traffic Control: Direct customers to the appropriate Sales Associate or Department (Service/Sales/Finance) efficiently.
• Communications Hub: Answer high-volume incoming calls professionally, screen them, and route them to the correct personnel without "blind transferring."
• Management Support: Execute errands and ad-hoc tasks for the General Sales Manager (GSM) and Sales Manager. This could range from administrative tasks to on-lot coordination.
• Showroom Excellence: Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Proactive Support: When the phones aren't ringing, you are expected to be up and assisting the team—not waiting to be told what to do.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
