Front Desk Receptionist (Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist)

Crystal Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist who is also a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys both client interaction and providing beauty/spa services.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage bookings
• Handle payments, retail sales, and daily front desk operations
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Perform esthetic or cosmetology services as needed (facials, skincare treatments, waxing, etc.)
• Educate clients on services and recommend products
• Support overall spa operations and team members

Requirements:

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license (required)
• Previous front desk, spa, or salon experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer and booking system knowledge

Pay: $12.00 - $60.00 per hour
