Our mission is to deliver truly personalized treatments that set a new standard in the industry—offering something far beyond the traditional spa visit.

The hourly rate listed reflects the post-probationary pay. All new team members begin with a 90-day introductory period, followed by a performance review. Based on performance and overall contribution, team members may then transition to the standard hourly rate.

Front Desk Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and guests with a polished, professional presence
  • Answer calls and assist with scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Manage front desk operations to ensure a smooth daily workflow
  • Verify and update client information during check-in
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records
  • Process payments and support administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with team members to optimize scheduling and flow
  • Deliver a high level of customer service that enhances the overall client experience

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in a spa or customer-facing environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of client service and retail awareness
  • Comfortable with phone systems, scheduling software, and office tools
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and office procedures

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
