Front Desk Representative

About Us

We are currently looking to hire a part-time Front Desk staff member to join our amazing crew! If you like working with a motivated group of people and are looking to grow your skills in customer-service and hospitality, this job is perfect for you.

We're currently seeking

Full-time positions with opportunities for the following hours (hours are currently flexible, with the most urgent need being Sunday). These hours are subject to change. Ability to work flexible hours is a must in this position.

Sunday 7:30am - 3:30pm
Monday 9am - 5pm
Tuesday 9am - 5pm
Wednesday 9am - 5pm
Thursday 9am - 5pm

Duties

Welcome guests warmly and efficiently
Provide accurate information about the facility to enhance guest experiences
Customer service: customer interactions, addressing questions, and directing people where to go in the facility
Resolve guest issues promptly
Money-handling and making transactions
Help to enforce facility rules and regulations
Help to ensure facility cleanliness

Preferred Qualifications

Front Desk Operations experience
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks if needed.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
