Reception Management: Greet and assist visitors, parents, students, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
Visitor Management: Maintain a visitor logbook and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures.
Information DeskProvide general information about the school, programs, admissions, and events.
Communication SupportHandle emails, letters, and internal communication professionally and promptly.
Appointment SchedulingManage appointments and coordinate meetings for school leadership and counselors.
Record KeepingMaintain student and visitor records, ID issuance logs, and daily attendance summaries (if assigned).
Front Office CleanlinessEnsure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Administrative SupportAssist with basic admin tasks like photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
Emergency HandlingRespond calmly and promptly during emergencies or unexpected situations.
ConfidentialityMaintain confidentiality of school data and student information at all times.
