Front Desk Staff

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Staff member to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role manages front desk operations, supports daily administrative tasks, and helps maintain a professional and welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and create a positive first impression
  • Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Manage emails, mail, and package deliveries
  • Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Assist with office tasks such as inventory, copying, proofreading, and general organization
  • Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email
  • Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed

Experience

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer service experience with professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
