Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Supervisor, where you will lead the front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This pivotal role involves overseeing guest check-in and check-out processes, managing guest relations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors. Duties

  • Supervise daily front desk activities, including guest registration, room assignments, and billing procedures
  • Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, energetic approach
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests efficiently
  • Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth overnight operations
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to assist guests effectively
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests

Experience

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on guest services
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across different cultures
  • Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is essential
  • Prior experience with night audit procedures and resort or hotel environments is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest relations strategies, and hotel management best practices

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
