Front Desk Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth front desk operations, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of guest relations.

Duties

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage guest services and address any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and service quality.
  • Coordinate night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as needed.
  • Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
  • Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
