Front Desk/ Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk/Technician to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with technical support duties, ensuring smooth office operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage administrative tasks, and assist with basic technical functions to support our daily activities. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle front desk duties including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and maintaining visitor logs
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Officemate)
  • Support office management by coordinating calendar schedules, booking appointments, and assisting with calendar management
  • Provide clerical support such as copying, scanning, faxing, and preparing correspondence as needed
  • Offer customer support via phone or in person, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Prior experience in front desk or receptionist roles; dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively
  • Bilingual abilities is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and administrative support
  • Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines; basic troubleshooting skills are helpful
