Front Desk/Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist & Studio Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, coordinate appointments, bag & call for finished student work, preparing orders to ship, and support various administrative tasks to keep our studio running smoothly. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will contribute significantly to our studio’s success and positive client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately within the studio
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate studio bookings with attention to detail
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, messages, and mail distribution
  • Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Support office management tasks such as inventory control
  • Assist with studio operations by preparing materials and supporting members

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in front desk reception, office management, or administrative roles within a professional environment
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse clients and visitors
  • Clerical experience including Google Sheets, calendar management, and office support functions
  • Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is beneficial for handling complex scheduling needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.57 - $28.38 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
