About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience specializing in React.js and Next.js. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, pixel-perfect, and high-performance user interfaces while staying updated with modern front-end practices. You will work closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and SEO (Server-Side Rendering / Static Site Generation with Next.js).
• Integrate with backend APIs and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
• Implement reusable components, design systems, and front-end best practices.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, UI inconsistencies, and usability issues.
• Stay current with evolving front-end technologies and contribute to innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and GraphQL integrations.
• Solid understanding of CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material-UI, Chakra UI) and responsive design.
• Knowledge of modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
