Front-End Developer (React/Next.js)

Dev Decorators is looking for a creative and solution-oriented Front-End Developer with 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in building web applications using React and Next.js.

This is a full-time position for someone who is self-motivated, a self-starter, and thrives on taking initiative. You’ll be responsible for translating design mockups into responsive, high-performance web applications, collaborating with backend developers, and helping bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using Next.js and React.js
• Convert design mockups (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js
• Optimize performance, scalability, and SEO for web applications
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver end-to-end features
• Maintain high code quality, follow best practices, and manage version control with Git
• Take ownership of tasks, propose solutions, and contribute to innovative feature development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and basic TypeScript
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS
• Understanding of SSR, SSG, and Next.js API routes
• Experience with Git workflows and version control
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-initiated, solution-seeker mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and GraphQL integration
• Understanding of basic database interactions for frontend integration
• A portfolio showcasing creative, functional, and high-quality frontend projects
