Scores Boston, located steps from TD Garden, is looking for energetic, outgoing, and hardworking Bartenders and Servers to join our team. With two floors, two bars, 33 televisions, and a capacity of over 300 guests, Scores is one of Boston's premier destinations for sports fans, concerts, and special events.

We're seeking hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and love creating memorable experiences for guests. Whether it's a packed game day, a major concert, or a weekend crowd, our team works together to deliver exceptional service with energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests promptly and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and Massachusetts liquor laws
• Utilize POS systems to enter orders, process payments, and manage tabs
• Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas throughout your shift
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns professionally, and help create a positive, memorable experience
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and side work duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, server, or in a high-volume restaurant, sports bar, or hospitality environment preferred
• Experience with POS systems is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events
• Knowledge of beer, cocktails, and sports is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates
• TIPS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
