PAY:

LEAD: $23.00 - $24.00 /hr ($16.90 + tip out)

SERVER: $16.90/hr + Tips = Average $30 - 35+/hr

BARTENDER: $16.90 +Tipout + Tips = average $26 - $29/hr

HOST, BUSSER, RUNNER: $16.90/hr + Tipout = average $21 - $22/hr

Oz Korean BBQ at Folsom is now hiring!

Oz Korean BBQ is a family owned and operated restaurant, which specializes in table top

barbeque and is equipped with a full bar, established in 2004. Oz was created as an

establishment for guests to come enjoy a unique, fun, and interactive dining experience, as well

as a great destination to celebrate special occasions. We are known for our offerings of an All

You Can Eat table top bbq menu where guests get to cook their meal themselves.

We are looking for friendly, hard working, energetic people to come join our team.

Locations in Rancho Cordova and Elk Grove and Folsom.

OVERALL FOH RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promoting the highest standard of service at the restaurant

Attend to customers upon entrance

Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products

Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order

Assisting in any areas of the restaurant as needed

Working as a team with other restaurant staff

Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

Answering questions and explaining restaurant policies

QUALIFICATIONS:

Maintains a dedicated, friendly and professional attitude at all times with patience and

customer-oriented approach

Team player

Highly adaptable, fast learner

Works well in a fast pace and hectic environment

Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
