Front of House Manager

Libby's Neighborhood Restaurant is looking for a great service manager to join the team! Must have 3 years of high volume experience as a Service Manager in similar concept.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, including managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service
- Coordinate and schedule front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Plan and execute special events or promotions, such as banquets or themed nights

Skills:
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food industry practices
- Experience using Toast POS
- Proficient in interviewing and hiring front of house staff
- Familiarity with banquet operations and event planning
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality management or bartending is preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
