We are a growing international fine dining restaurant chain seeking an experienced and highly professional Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our service team and elevate our guest experience to world-class standards.

About the Role

As FOH Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining international hospitality standards, and creating a refined dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of premium service culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and supervise the front-of-house team (hosts, servers, supervisors).

- Ensure smooth daily operations of the dining floor.

- Maintain international fine dining service standards and SOP compliance.

- Handle VIP guests and special reservations with professionalism and discretion.

- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and resolve complaints effectively.

- Coordinate closely with kitchen and management to ensure seamless operations.

- Oversee staff scheduling, grooming standards, and performance management.

- Drive upselling strategies and maximize revenue through service excellence.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.

- International work experience preferred (UAE, UK, Europe, Australia, or similar markets).

- Strong understanding of global hospitality standards and guest service protocols.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Professional and strong interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
