Front of House Staff

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties

• Greet guest promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Provide menu information and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently.
• Support catering and banquet services during special events.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including dietary options, to assist guests effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
