Florenza is a vibrant neighborhood spot known for Roman-style pizza, panini, gelato, espresso drinks, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and versatile Front-of-House Team Member to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service
• Take dine-in and takeout orders accurately using our POS system
• Prepare espresso drinks and work the barista station
• Maintain and restock pizza and gelato display cases
• Serve beer, wine, and cocktails as needed
• Keep the front-of-house clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Assist with light food prep, plating, and other support tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or counter-service restaurant preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Basic coffee and bar service knowledge is a plus; training can be provided
• Must be 18+
