Front of House Team Member

We are looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our front-of-house staff at Gio’s. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the store, so providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment is essential.

Preferred

• 1 Year restaurant experience
• 1 Year barista experience
• Availability on weekends

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers and building relationships with regular guests
• Reliable and punctual — must be ready to begin shifts at the scheduled time
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers and taking orders
• Preparing coffee and other beverages
• Serving food and drinks to customers
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
• Restocking items and reporting inventory shortages
• Cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing (shared responsibilities)
• Taking out trash and maintaining overall store cleanliness
