Front of the House /FOH

The Courtyard, a newly opened food & dining destination in Malir Cantt, Karachi, is looking for energetic and customer-focused staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and guide them to the activity area
• Supervise and assist guests during activities
• Explain activity rules clearly and ensure safety guidelines are followed
• Coordinate with FOH and management for smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline in the activity area
• Handle guest queries and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Female preferred
