Front Office & Admin

We are looking for a smart and presentable Front Desk & Admin for our organization. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will also support day-to-day office administration tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Handle incoming calls, route them to the concerned department/person, and take messages
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, couriers, and documents
  • Assist in office administration tasks such as coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and managing office supplies
  • Support HR/Admin in event coordination, documentation, and onboarding support
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and other vendors for office maintenance needs
  • Perform basic data entry, filing, and document organization tasks as required

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in front desk/reception or office administration
  • Ex-cabin crew can also apply
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance with a pleasant personality
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
