About Us

STEM Junction is an after-school STEM learning center in Pflugerville offering robotics, coding, and hands-on technology programs for students in grades K–12. We're growing fast and looking for an energetic, organized team member to help run our front office.

What You'll Do

• Be the friendly first face parents and students see when they walk in
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries about our programs and pricing
• Manage student enrollment paperwork, check-in/check-out, and attendance records
• Process monthly tuition payments, send invoices, and track billing
• Create and schedule social media posts on Instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor, and Google
• Help design and distribute flyers for classes, summer camps, and open house events
• Assist with local outreach to schools and community organizations
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Order office and classroom supplies as needed
• Support the teaching team with day-to-day administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, patient, and great with kids and parents
• Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or office admin
• Comfortable with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, Google Workspace or similar)
• Active on social media and familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and Nextdoor
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
