* Maintain accurate office records and documentation

* Support team members with administrative tasks

* Perform general office duties and assist in smooth operations

* Various other tasks

* Strong English reading and writing skills with good grammar

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Word and basic Excel)

* Familiarity with Google Documents and Google Sheets

* Professional email writing and handling skills
