Front Office Agent | Dubai | 4 Star Hotel

A stylish 4-star hotel in Dubai Marina is seeking an enthusiastic and professional FRONT OFFICE AGENT to join its dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to work in one of Dubai s most vibrant hospitality destinations, delivering excellent guest experiences in a modern and international environment.

Work Conditions:
  • 6 days per week, 1 day off
  • 30 days annual leave
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
  • Manage reservations, guest requests, and inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
  • Process payments accurately and handle billing queries.
  • Provide local information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly, maintaining a focus on service excellence.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and follow hotel standards at all times.
