Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
• Manage multi-line phone systems with courtesy and efficiency, addressing guest inquiries promptly
• Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software
• Assist guests with concierge services, including providing local information and special requests
• Reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of records
• Maintain guest relations by resolving issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
• Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual setting
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of guest relations, hospitality principles, or resort operations enhances performance in this role
• Experience Front Office procedures or hotel experience involving guest services is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are desirable to serve an international clientele
