Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, including facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized, clean, and conducive to productivity.
  • Oversee housekeeping and security staff.
  • Maintain, file, and organize company records, documents, and correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights,, train tickets hotels, and transportation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure office compliance with safety regulations.
  • Organize and maintain first aid kits and emergency preparedness.
  • Assist in processing payroll, submitting expenses, and managing petty cash.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and purchase orders.
  • Maintain attendance records and ensure they are up to date for payroll processing.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of office systems, procedures, and vendor management.
  • Basic financial skills (for budgeting and expense tracking).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
