The School Cinema International Film Festival (SCIFF) introduces students across 15+ countries to visual storytelling for a transformative educational experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate office maintenance, including facilities and equipment.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized, clean, and conducive to productivity.
- Oversee housekeeping and security staff.
- Maintain, file, and organize company records, documents, and correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights,, train tickets hotels, and transportation.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure office compliance with safety regulations.
- Organize and maintain first aid kits and emergency preparedness.
- Assist in processing payroll, submitting expenses, and managing petty cash.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain attendance records and ensure they are up to date for payroll processing.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of office systems, procedures, and vendor management.
- Basic financial skills (for budgeting and expense tracking).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
