Your Role at Job Hub:

As the first point of contact for candidates and clients, you will represent the face of Job Hub while gaining hands-on exposure to HR and office operations. This internship is designed for individuals who want real workplace experience and a strong foundation for a long-term career in HR and administration.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Welcome candidates, clients, and visitors with professionalism and confidence
• Manage front office activities, calls, and email communication
• Support HR operations, including documentation, attendance, and employee records
• Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
• Maintain organized office files and support daily administrative tasks
• Learn professional communication, HR processes, and office management

• Students or fresh graduates interested in HR, Administration, or Business Operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
