Front Office Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Assistant with experience in automotive estimates, insurance coordination, and customer service. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations while ensuring smooth communication between customers, insurance companies, and the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities

Estimates & Documentation

  • Prepare and explain repair estimates to customers
  • Use estimating software (e.g., CCC, Mitchell, Audatex)
  • Coordinate approvals and supplements with insurance companies
  • Maintain accurate repair and billing records

Insurance Coordination

  • Communicate with insurance adjusters
  • Submit required documents, photos, and repair details
  • Follow up on claim approvals and payments
  • Handle warranty claims if applicable

Customer Service

  • Greet customers and answer phone inquiries professionally
  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow calendar
  • Provide updates on repair status
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

Administrative Support

  • Invoice processing and payment collection
  • Filing and record management
  • Inventory coordination (if required)
  • Support workshop manager with daily reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
