Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Manage appointments and maintain records.
- Perform basic administrative and office tasks.
- Support the team with daily office operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Organized, reliable, and professional.
- Previous office experience is a plus but not required.
