Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and mail.
- Maintain visitor logs and office records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
