Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients warmly and managing the check-in/check-out process.
• Handling phone calls, booking appointments, and managing the salon schedule.
• Answering client queries about services, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Minimum Matriculation (Matric) passed.
• Communication: Well-spoken with excellent verbal communication skills (polite, clear, and confident).
• Appearance: Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance (reflecting our beauty & salon brand).
• Skills: Basic computer skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
