We're hiring a Front Desk Coordinator / Office Administrator to support our growing roofing team. This role is perfect for candidates with experience in:
Front desk
Customer service
Administrative assistant roles
Dental office / medical office / banking
What You'll Do
Answer incoming calls and assist customers (call center support)
Greet walk-in clients and provide excellent customer service
Schedule and confirm appointments
Perform data entry and manage job files in CRM (AccuLynx)
Process paperwork, contracts, and invoices
Follow up on payments and customer reviews
Keep the office organized and running smoothly
Requirements
Must Have:
1+ year of customer service or front desk experience
Comfortable answering phones and handling customer inquiries
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Preferred Experience:
Administrative assistant or office admin experience
Dental office, medical office, banking, or retail background
Experience with CRM systems (AccuLynx, Salesforce, etc.)
