Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of the renowned Andersen Windows, is seeking a dynamic Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Indianapolis office. What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly voice and face of our organization by answering, screening, and forwarding calls with professionalism and warmth.

• Welcome visitors and interview candidates, ensuring a positive and organized front office experience.

• Manage day-to-day front desk operations, keeping the space clean, organized, and presentable.

• Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

• Oversee daily mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory.

• Maintain office security and safety procedures, including visitor check-ins and badge issuance.

• Coordinate scheduling needs for shared spaces and meetings as needed.

• Track basic office inventory and supplies to support smooth daily operations.

• Maintain shared spaces, including kitchens and common areas, ensuring they remain clean, stocked, and organized.

• Complete light administrative tasks that support front office operations.

• Support the Renewal Cares Senior Manager with select tasks and initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and familiarity with office equipment.

• A professional appearance and attitude that reflects our company's values.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• A high school diploma

Schedule:

• Full-time, onsite position in our Indianapolis, IN 46278 office.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
