  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them appropriately.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
  • Coordinate courier dispatch and receipt; maintain register entries.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Support office administration tasks such as meeting room scheduling, stationery tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR-related documentation.
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities including ID creation and document verification.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, NOC, experience letters).
  • Assist in payroll inputs: attendance, leave summary, deductions updates.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude, grooming, and customer service orientation.
