Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, guests, and partners
- Deliver a warm, professional, and luxury welcome experience at all times
- Manage front desk operations, appointments, calls, and client coordination
- Handle client queries with clarity, empathy, and discretion
- Maintain a calm, organized, and aesthetically refined reception area
- Coordinate seamlessly with therapists, management, and operations teams
- Uphold Blaura’s brand standards in communication, grooming, and conduct
- Manage client records, bookings, and basic administrative tasks
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Female candidates only
- Exceptional spoken and written English (accent clarity is a strong advantage)
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong corporate presence with a luxury hospitality mindset
- Certified background in Hospitality / Front Office / Customer Service (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in luxury hotels, wellness brands, clinics, or premium service environments
- Highly presentable, well-groomed, confident, and poised
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-profile clientele with discretion and professionalism
