Duties
- Manage all front desk functions, including guest registration, reservations, and billing processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism and warmth.
- Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and ensuring financial accuracy at the end of each shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively to maximize satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems, providing clear information and courteous assistance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and efficiently.
- Monitor guest relations to foster a positive environment that encourages repeat visits and loyalty.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a focus on front desk operations.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
- Knowledge of hotel experience systems, including reservation platforms and multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to manage night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
