Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
  • Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure prompt, courteous communication with guests and internal departments
  • Handle guest relations issues efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and swift resolution of concerns
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, billing, and special requests
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards across all front desk activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on guest services
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our international guests better
  • Weekends are required
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills essential for engaging with guests and team members

Pay: $23.01 - $27.71 per hour
