Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated, quick learning, experienced individual to fill the position as front office manager. This role requires an individual capable of working with different employee and patient personalities. This position also requires a resourceful knowledge of mitigating minor disputes. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have experience in dealing with medical/vision insurance.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

· Oversee & perform daily front office operations such as calling patients, pulling charts, assigning daily tasks/duties for other front office employees, scheduling patients, answering phones, etc.

· Pull and verify medical and/or vision insurance

· Managing office employee efficiency

· Coordination of employee performance and office protocol

· Manage office supply inventory

Pay: $20.00 per hour
