Front Office Manager

Job Summary

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for administrative duties, maintaining medical records, billing duties, and have the opportunity to be promoted to Office Manager upon more administrative staff being hired. RLBH is an a outpatient practice office and as the business grows the duties will increase and so will staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure effective day to day operations of the site.
  • Works collaboratively with Supervisors to ensure the company's goals are met.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Maintain billing and process insurance claims.
  • Maintain medical records and have a knowledge of HIPPA laws.
  • Assist and maintain a budget for your department.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Have at least a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint),
  • Excellent customer service skills, efficient written and verbal skills and a team Player
  • Utilizing electronic medical record to complete billing/coding, assist in training of new staff or existing staff on updates or changes.
  • Proficient in accounts receivable management, billing/coding, scheduling, financial coordination and patient service.
  • Ordering, tracking and maintaining an inventory of supplies.
  • Ensuring that the practice is accurately capturing all necessary patient data, insurance and other information to properly bill and collect practice fees.
  • Performing duties of any non-clinical staff as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
