We're looking for an inspiring Front Office Manager to join the team at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay , where luxury hospitality meets the breathtaking beauty of Kauaʻi's North Shore.

As the leader of our Front Office team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating seamless, memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure. You'll inspire and develop a high-performing team while ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, care, and thoughtful service that define our brand.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Front Office leadership or supervisory role, ideally within a luxury or upper-upscale hotel.
• Strong operational knowledge of Front Office functions.
• A confident leader with a passion for developing teams and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: USD $89,610 per annum + incentive bonus
