Job Title: Front Office Medical Assistant (OB/GYN)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Office Medical Assistant to join our OB/GYN practice. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the medical field—no prior experience required, but preferred. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Collect and process copays, coinsurance, and deductibles
• Schedule appointments and assist with managing provider schedules
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system
• Coordinate with back office staff and providers to ensure smooth patient flow
• Ensure the front office remains organized and efficient throughout the day

Qualifications:

• No experience required; prior medical front office experience preferred
• Proficient in EMR systems (experience with eClinicalWorks is a strong plus)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• General understanding of insurance concepts including copays, coinsurance, and deductibles
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive, bubbly, and welcoming personality
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
