- Handling incoming & outgoing calls, Guest, Visitors etc.
- Taking Care of Attendance, Timekeeping and maintaining registers
- Handling complete Time Office Biometric Attendance software on daily basis and generating reports
- Assisting HR Dept. for Maintenance of Statutory Registers
- Managing and assisting basic arrangement for client visit & Meeting
- Internal Meeting arrangements
- Assisting facility management related coordination with Admin Officer.
- Assisting for travel desk of the company with respect to ticket booking (Air, Rail, and Road) & local vehicle arrangement in coordination with Admin Officer.
- Maintaining proper checklist related to housekeeping activities to ensure upkeep of facility in coordination with Admin Officer.
- Maintaining courier records – Inward & Outward Register
- Various activities registers maintenance on daily basis in coordination with Admin officer
- All filing work drafting letters etc.
- Coordination with all departments
- All other duties required by the Functional heads which is reasonably within the scope of this role.Role & responsibilities
