Front Office Receptionist

The Role
  • Location : Dubai • Salary : AED 6000 • Working days : M - S (6 days a week) • Working hours : 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM • Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls. • Handle incoming emails and correspondence. • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access. • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. • Manage office supplies and inventory. • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
