Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Office Receptionist with outstanding presentation to create a positive first impression to clients, vendors and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors, assist with check-in procedures and check out procedures.
- Answer and delegate incoming calls and text messages with professional phone etiquette.
- Handle data entry tasks.
- Run business errands as needed. (using company vehicle).
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory, filing, and organization of documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and visitors.
- Collaborate in executing daily business tasks with warehouse/shop coworkers.
- Run errands between office and warehouse/shop.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
