Position Overview

Times Media Group is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient front office experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room usage
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
  • Support various departments with clerical and operational needs
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in general office technology
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
