Position Overview
Times Media Group is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room usage
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
- Support various departments with clerical and operational needs
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in general office technology
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
