Front Office Receptionist

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:45 am – 5:00 pm

Qualifications: Must be a high school graduate. At least one year of medical office experience is preferred.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet patients
• Enter demographic and insurance information
• Schedule appointments
• Answer phones
• Direct patients
• Be cross trained in all front office duties
• Collect co-pays
• Learn the EMR system

***Salary scales are a range of pay and offers are made to applicants based upon the requirements of the particular position. Applicants with “previous like skills” may not be given the same weight and consideration as “previous specific same skills”: i.e., For a Medical Receptionist position, “Previous clerical skills” may not be preferred over “Previous Medical Clerical Skills”.
