- Assign rooms and issue room keys.
- Handle all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage online, phone, and walk-in reservations.
- Provide accurate information about room rates, availability, hotel services, and amenities.
- Respond promptly to guests’ queries, concerns, or complaints, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
- Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit card details.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for new guests.
- Upsell additional services and facilities (e.g., rooms, dining options) where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, guest information, and payments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Hotel Receptionist, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel booking software and front desk systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
