Front Sales (E-commerce and Design Background)

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Front Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales activities for our e-commerce platform. The candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, driving conversions, handling product inquiries, and ensuring a seamless buying experience to maximize online sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Handle inbound inquiries from website, WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls.
  • Proactively follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed orders.
  • Guide customers in product selection based on their needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase average order value.

Order Management

  • Assist customers in placing orders on the website.
  • Coordinate with operations/logistics team for order fulfillment.
  • Track orders and update customers regarding delivery status.
  • Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with repeat customers.
  • Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.

Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and lead conversion tracking.
  • Analyze sales trends and suggest improvement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or e-commerce sales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Good knowledge of online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart).
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month
