Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Front Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role involves engaging inbound/outbound leads, presenting our design services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of design and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, or chat.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable design services (e.g., logo design, web design, UI/UX, branding).
• Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and needs-based solutions.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the project and design teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Maintain records of sales activities using CRM tools.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front-line sales, preferably in a digital or creative agency.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored design services.
• Basic knowledge of digital design services and trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience with international (US/UK) clients is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
