Front Sales Executive

Location: Federal B. Area, Block 10, Karachi
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

We are hiring a Front Sales Executive to sell web design, web development, and digital services. Leads are generated by our internal team through platforms like Bark, LinkedIn, and social media. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified leads generated via Bark, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Conduct outbound calls, chats, and emails with potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and pitch our services effectively.
• Perform consistent follow-ups to improve conversion and closing rates.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Achieve & exceed monthly sales targets ranging from $3,000 to $5,000.
• Collaborate closely with the lead-scraping team to enhance lead quality and sales insights.
• Meet monthly sales goals while contributing to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front sales, business development, or outbound sales.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
• Experience working with international (US-based) clients is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
